How our events run

Rulebook

The short version: play your own account, be where your team needs you, and let the platform do the paperwork. The long version follows.

Teams & rosters

  1. 1.1A team is 3 main players (captain, co-captain, player), plus an optional coach, one primary substitute, and any number of scrim-only secondary subs.
  2. 1.2Captains and co-captains hold full roster control and are the only members who can register or unregister the team.
  3. 1.3You can hold a main role (captain/co-captain/player) or coach role in ONE team at a time. Substitute roles are allowed in multiple teams.
  4. 1.4Primary subs can be fielded in any event; secondary subs in scrims only; coaches are never fielded.
  5. 1.5Player invite links always join as Player. Sub links fill the primary sub slot, then become secondary subs.

Registration & waitlist

  1. 2.1Registration closes 2 hours before game 1 unless the event page says otherwise. Sign-ups after close join the waitlist.
  2. 2.2Field 3 starters plus an optional sub when registering. Seed rating is the top-3 average of your fielded players' TPR.
  3. 2.3Lobbies are seeded by team strength (top lobby = strongest), 18–20 teams per lobby.
  4. 2.4If a confirmed team unregisters or is removed, the first team on the waitlist is promoted automatically and notified on the site.
  5. 2.5Unregistering after the event goes live requires an admin.

Match format & scoring

  1. 3.1ALGS scoring: 12/9/7/5/4/3/3/2/2/1… placement points plus 1 point per kill.
  2. 3.2Match Point events: reach the threshold to arm, then win a later game to clinch the title.
  3. 3.3Map rotation (grouped or snake) is published on the event page before registration opens.
  4. 3.4Legend bans are cumulative across a set — each game adds the previous game's most-played legend. Bans are announced in the lobby chat before every game.
  5. 3.5Results import directly from the lobby's stats code; admin manual entry is the fallback and override.

Check-in & POI drops

  1. 4.1Checking in = claiming your POIs. Random-drop events: claim on the event page. Draft events: be in the draft room when the admin starts it (~45 minutes before game 1).
  2. 4.2POI drafts run on a pick clock. Miss your turn and it's skipped — claim your missed turn to re-enter the queue after the current pick.
  3. 4.3When the draft ends, any unpicked drops are auto-assigned. One POI per team per map; contest at your own risk only where the admin allows it.
  4. 4.4Teams that miss check-in can be replaced from the waitlist at the admin's discretion.

TPR & fair play

  1. 5.1Scrims are rated: your team's event result moves every fielded player's Third Party Rating (TPR) when the event is finalised.
  2. 5.2Tournaments are unrated but seeded from TPR.
  3. 5.3One account per player, linked to your Discord. Smurfing, account sharing, or manipulating seed TPR means removal and a rating reset.
  4. 5.4Teaming, stream sniping, exploit spots and config abuse are bannable. Admin decisions during a live event are final; appeal afterwards in the Discord.

Rules change from time to time. Any change is announced before it applies to an event, never part-way through one.
