// Apex Legends event production
You bring the teams.
We run the event.
Third Party hosts Apex Legends tournaments and scrims for organisations, streamers and communities. Format design, registration, lobby operations, live standings, results — handled, on the same platform we run our own events on.
// What we do
Four things, done properly
Hosted tournaments
Your tournament, run end to end. You bring the brand and the field — we build the format, run the lobbies and hand back the results.
- Format built to your shape: groups, multi-stage brackets, match point finals
- Registration, rosters, waitlists and seeding handled on the platform
- Admins in the lobby: codes, team names, legend bans, map and ring settings
- POI drafts run live with a pick clock, or randomised drops
- Live standings players and viewers can follow game by game
Scrim leagues & practice blocks
Recurring competitive lobbies for an org, a team group or a community — the same operation as a tournament, on a schedule.
- Weekly or block-booked lobbies with a fixed schedule
- Lobbies seeded by strength so games stay competitive
- Map rotation, drop drafts and legend bans set per block
- Standings and per-player stats tracked across the season
Our own open events
We run our own tournaments and rated scrims. Free to enter, open to any team — this is where the platform gets proven.
- Open sign-ups for any three-player roster
- Rated scrims that move your Third Party Rating
- Published schedule, published rules, published results
Production & integrity
The parts that decide whether an event looks professional or falls over — staffing, verification and the data that comes out the other end.
- Roster verification against the live lobby: every player checked, ringers flagged
- EA account linking so results attach to real people, not typed-in names
- Observer and broadcast support for casted events
- Branded public results pages and exportable data
// How it goes
Brief to results
Brief
Tell us the date, the field size and what you want it to look like. We come back with a format that fits — lobby counts, stages, how teams advance, prize structure.
Build
We set the event up on the platform: registration page, rules, map rotation, seeding, and the schedule your players see. Your event, published under your name.
Run
On the day our admins hold the lobby. Codes out, rosters verified, drops drafted, bans applied, results in after every game. You watch it happen.
Hand over
Final standings, per-player stats and a public results page that stays up. Raw data on request if you want it for your own site or broadcast.

Every event is quoted on its own — field size, how many days, how much production. Give us the shape of it and we'll come back with a format and a price.
